The subscriber must choose the appropriate package, fill out the form, and select the suitable items for the entire subscription period, with payment made in advance via the network or through transfer to our bank accounts listed below.

The package will be activated immediately from the specified subscription start date and for the period stated.
</strong>

Meals must be kept in the refrigerator at the appropriate cooling temperature immediately upon receipt for no more than 48 hours and must not be consumed after that period.
</strong>

In case of delivery, only one delivery location must be specified from the beginning of the subscription until its end.
</strong>

The subscription price includes Value Added Tax (VAT).

The subscription ends upon completion of the number of days stated in the contract, starting from the subscription date. The subscriber may freeze the subscription only twice, provided the total freeze period does not exceed 10 days, with a notice given at least 48 hours in advance.

<strong>
Meals are prepared and delivered as a full-day plan, from Saturday to Thursday.
</strong>

The types and items of meals are scheduled by the restaurant based on the subscriber’s selections.

<li style="margin-bottom: 15px;">
<strong>
To renew the subscription, the client must complete payment (3) days before the current subscription expires to avoid any interruption.
</strong>

<li style="margin-bottom: 15px;">
<strong>
For delivery orders: if the subscriber does not respond to the delivery agent or their representative, the subscriber must collect the meal personally from the restaurant.
</strong>

<li style="margin-bottom: 15px;">
<strong>
The subscriber must collect their meals before 12:00 AM, after which the meals will be discarded, and the subscriber will have no right to claim their value or a replacement.
</strong>

<li style="margin-bottom: 15px;">
<strong>
If you have any allergies to certain foods, you must disclose them upon subscription and carefully select suitable meals yourself.
</strong>

Your subscription with us is considered an acknowledgment of your agreement to the terms and conditions.

Diet Moment Restaurant, through all its platforms and electronic pages, is not responsible for any damages or results arising from the misuse of any of its offered products.
